#### Description

The experiment is to run a 2-dimensional Poisson process. The random variable of interest is the number of points $$N$$ in the square $$[0, w] \times [0, w]$$. The points are shown as red dots in the scatterplot. The number of points $$N$$ is recorded on each update in the data table. The probability density function and moments of $$N$$ are shown in blue in the distribution graph and are recorded in the distribution table. On each update, the empirical density function and moments of $$N$$ is shown in red in the distribution graph and are recorded in the distribution table. The parameters of the experiment are the rate $$r$$ of the process and the side length $$w$$ of the square, which can be varied with the input controls.
