Binomial Coin Experiment

Description

The random experiment consists of tossing \(n\) coins, each with probability of heads \(p\). Random variable \(Y\) gives the number of heads, and has the binomial distribution with parameters \(n\) and \(p\). Random variable \(M\) gives the proportion of heads and has a scaled version of the binomial distribution. These variables are recorded in the data table, and the distribution of the selected variable is described in the distribution table and graph. The parameters \(n\) and \(p\) can be varied with scrollbars.
